Notes: There are several holes in the stucco as seen in the photos. One hole in the backyard runs through to the interior, I believe this was where a gas line was ran because in comes in behind where the stove goes. Notes: There was a mirror missing in the downstairs guest bathroom. There is a water smell coming from the garage. the water has been turned off but they removed the water softener and the paint is still draining a little water onto the garage floor. All appliances have been removed including sinks. The pantry door has been ripped off. It looks like they had a refrigerator and freezer that was installed into the wall. But it also looks like a refrigerator could be placed where the pantry door was. The home is prewired for surround sound in the living room and a security system. The security wiring is in the closet under the stairs. Almost all of the fans and fixtures have been removed. The paint will need touch up. The carpets will need to be cleaned but it looks to be in good shape. THERE ARE TWO PLACES THAT HAVE WATER DAMAGE. UPSTAIRS BY THE A/C INLET. DOWNSTAIRS BY AN OUTSIDE WINDOW. The master bathroom cabinet and sink has been removed. A built in desk upstairs has also been removed.
